PAYMENT - Payment must be made before registration is complete. Registration fees must be completely paid before player can be placed onto a team.  Payment processing fees go to our payment service, not to the league, and is non-refundable.

AGE VERIFICATION / BIRTH CERTIFICATES (MANDATORY) - EVB requires age verification for completion of registration process. A copy of the child's birth certificate can be uploaded during the registration process. PROOF OF AGE IS MANDATORY.

PLAYER ASSESSMENTS - Assessments are REQUIRED  for all divisions from Pinto-KP thru Pony divisions (Filly/T-Ball, Shetland & Pinto-MP do not assess). Player Assessments are early January for the Spring Season, and early August for the Fall Season. Watch out on our website and Facebook page for dates, times and locations. -- NOTE: COMPLETE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN PLAYER ASSESSMENTS & TO BE PLACED ONTO A TEAM. VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS (STATE LAW) - California's Child Protection Law (AB-506) requires most volunteers of youth sports organizations to complete a Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training Course as well as a Live Scan Background Check. All Asst Coaches and Managers MUST complete both requirements BEFORE they can participate in coaching activities or be on the field with the kids at any time, even if as just a one-time substitute coach. CLICK HERE FOR DETAILED VOLUNTEER INFO.
